NCIS London 2026: Registration Terms & Conditions

By submitting your registration for the Nigeria Climate Investment Summit (NCIS), you consent to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Eligibility

  • Registration is open to invited stakeholders, professionals, and members of the public with an interest in climate finance, sustainability, and investment.
  • All registrants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • NCIS organisers reserve the right to approve, reject, or cancel registrations at their discretion.

2. Event Details

  • Event: Nigeria Climate Investment Summit (NCIS)
  • Date: 23 June 2026
  • Time: 3:00 PM Arrivals
  • Location: Mansion House, London, United Kingdom
  • Format: In-person (unless otherwise stated)

3. Confirmation and Admission

  • Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of an official confirmation email.
  • Attendees must present valid identification and/or confirmation credentials for entry.
  • Attendees must observe all applicable security, health, safety, environmental, and security protocols required by owners of the venue.
  • Admission may be subject to venue capacity, security requirements, and accreditation status.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Where applicable, all registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event.
  • Fees are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised by the organisers.
  • Any applicable taxes or charges will be clearly stated during registration.

5. Cancellations and Substitutions

  • Registrants who are unable to attend should notify organisers promptly.
  • Substitution of attendees may be allowed subject to prior approval.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be subject to the event’s refund policy and timelines.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
  • Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour.
  • Comply with venue rules, health and safety requirements, and instructions from event staff.

NCIS organisers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code without refund.

7. Media and Photography

  • By attending NCIS, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
  • NCIS organisers may use such media for promotional, reporting, or publication purposes without compensation.
  • If you do not wish to be recorded, you must inform organisers in writing prior to the event.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Personal data collected during registration will be used for event administration, communication, and related purposes.
  • Data may be shared with event partners and sponsors where necessary for delivery of the event.
  • All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

9. Programme Changes

  • NCIS organisers reserve the right to modify the event programme, speakers, schedule, or format without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • NCIS organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, except where required by law.
  • Participation in the event is at the attendee’s own risk.

11. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies).

12. Intellectual Property

  • All event materials, presentations, and content remain the intellectual property of the organisers or respective speakers.
  • Recording, reproduction, or distribution without prior consent is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
